SHORT RANGE MAN PORTABLE GROUND SURVEILLANCE RADAR (GSR)
Man-portable Ground Surveillance Radar is a lightweight all-weather battlefield FMCW radar operating in the X band. It is usually used by soldiers to acquire and engage targets in bad visibility or at night. It is capable of detecting, recognizing and tracking Single Person, Small Vehicle/Water car, Large Vehicle/Tank Water craft, Low Flying Helicopter and slow moving fixed-wing aircraft. The radar can uses both rechargeable dry batteries or vehicular power and commercial power supply (220 volt, 50 Hz). It is a man-carried and it can be accommodate in two different packs, each not exceeding 25 Kg.+ tripod. The radar can be set up in under five minutes. An additional day / night camera man portable can be added and integrated with the radar at the purpose of record the radar scan target through dedicated interface SW resident in FULLY RUGGED NOTEBOOK.
