DIAN S.r.l. (Differential Interferometric Analysis) was founded at the beginning of 2012 in Matera, in a fertile territorial humus thanks to the presence of the Space Geodesy Center of the Italian Space Agency and a significant number of other SMEs operating in the aerospace sector between Puglia and Basilicata.

DIAN is placed in the advanced tertiary sector as a provider of engineering and environmental monitoring services. Its activities in particular are aimed at providing monitoring services for:

• natural phenomena,
• large infrastructures,
• cultural heritage,
• use of SAR interferometric technology from satellite or ground-based radar.
